II. Transportation Requirements:
2.1 Shipping Time: The specific time will be based on the production department's transportation plan.
2.2 Transportation Origin and Destination. Origin: No. 12, Erjie, Shatuozi, Yaobao Town, Tieling County. Destination: See Appendix 1 for details.
2.3 Based on the standard of safety and no loss, deliver each batch of goods to the customer's required location within the specified time, and complete the acknowledgement work as required.
III. Bidding Method, Evaluation Method, and Settlement Method.
3.1 Bidding Method and Evaluation Method: Invitation for bids (competitive negotiation remote bidding), the lowest bidder will be awarded the contract based on a price lower than the company's bid limit.
3.2 Settlement Method:
There is no advance payment for this batch of goods. The buyer will settle the freight payment to the winning bidder if the following two conditions are met.
3.2.1 Settlement Basis: The shipper shall provide all shipping receipts and full VAT invoices for this batch of testing booths.
3.2.2 Settlement Time: After the shipment is completed, Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 will settle the payment. The buyer will notify the winning bidder to issue a full invoice to Liaoning Ji Hua 3523. Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 will settle the total transportation fee for this batch of nucleic acid testing booths within30days of receiving the invoice.
IV. Basic Requirements for Bidding Qualifications.
4.1 The bidder shall have good credit.
4.2 The bidder must be a road transport or passenger transport enterprise with a national road transport operating license.
4.3 This tender does not accept joint bids from two or more suppliers.
V. Qualification Audit
Suppliers must pass the qualification audit of Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 Company before bidding. Those who fail the qualification audit are not eligible to bid.
