II. Bidding Requirements

(1)Project Overview

The bidding project is located at No. 12, Erjie, Shatuozi, Yaobao Town, Tieling CountyNumberLiaoning Ji Hua 3523 Special Equipment Co., Ltd. ParkInside, the idle land available for planting is about 360mu (small mu 666 square meters, specific location and usable area shall be subject to on-site measurement).

(2)Land use: warehousing, planting.

(3)Contract term: 3years, starting from the date of signing the contract.

(4)Bidding price: The bidding price is based on the annual unit price per mu (for example, bidding price ××× yuan/mu.year), with an annual growth rate of 3%.

(5)Special requirements: During the term of this contract, if the lessee has major project investment and construction arrangements or the local government has other reasons for requisitioning the land plot, the lessee has the right to recover the leasehold of the land plot in advance. The lessee shall notify the contractor to vacate the premises one month in advance before recovering the leasehold of the land plot. The contractor shall unconditionally comply with the lessee's arrangements and assist in clearing the contractor's self-built buildings and ground attachments (crops, etc.). The contractor shall be responsible for any losses and all expenses incurred, and the lessee shall not be responsible for any joint and several liability.

(6)The reserve price of this bidding will not be disclosed to the public, and the reserve price will be announced to the bidders after the bidding is completed.

III. Bidding Method: Open bidding, publicized through the company website, based on the reserve price of 3523 Company,The highest price will be adopted. If all bids are lower than the reserve price, it will be considered a failed bid.

IV. Bidding Requirements

(1)Bidding units are enterprises or individuals, and must have good credit.

(2)This bidding does not accept joint bidding from two or more contractors.

(3)The bidding price shall be in units of hundreds of yuan.

V. Qualification Review

Before bidding, the contractor must go through the registration and qualification review process, pass the qualification review of Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 Company, before they can bid; those who fail the qualification review are not entitled to participate in the bidding.

VI. Bidding Security Deposit

(1)Bidders shall submit a bidding security deposit of the specified amount, asBid documentpart of the amount of RMB 50,000, by cash payment of the bidding security deposit. If the bid is unsuccessful, after the bidding, the bidder shall return to the 3523 Company's finance department with the corresponding receipt to receive the refund. (2)After the signing of the contract, the bidding security deposit will automatically become the contract performance bond. If the bidding security deposit is not paid in time, the bidder will not be entitled to bid or the bid will be invalid on the opening day.

VII. Settlement Method

Within 7 days of the signing of the contractThe party B shall pay the first year's contract fee to party A, and party B shall pay the second year's contract fee one month in advance, and party B shall pay the third year's contract fee one month in advance. Within one month after the expiration of the contract, if there is no financial dispute between the two parties, party A shall return all the performance bond to party B.
