Precise production scheduling ensures the orderly progress of various production tasksSince entering January, multiple production tasks have been carried out simultaneously, including the wash basin cabin, bulletproof armored vehicle, refrigerated container, and MV3 collaborative parts finishing. To ensure the steady and orderly progress of these tasks, the production management department, combining actual conditions, coordinates resources, schedules the work backwards, scientifically arranges the production plan, standardizes operating procedures, and issues monthly targets to the workshops and teams.
Party members take the lead, working together at their postsIn January, Northeast China entered its coldest period, with outdoor temperatures reaching -25 degrees Celsius. However, upon entering the machining workshop of 3523 Company, a scene of bustling activity is apparent. The machining team undertakes the cutting work, which is the first process of this batch of production tasks and is crucial for ensuring the entire production schedule progresses according to the timeline. All employees are at their posts, enthusiastically devoted to their work. To meet the schedule, party members in the team take the initiative to forgo their rest time, leading by example in hard work, fast work, and practical work, aiming for safety, stability, and speed, and speeding up to ensure the successful completion of each day's production tasks.
United cooperation, going all out to catch up with orders and ensure deadlinesWelding, grinding, arcs flashing, sparks flying... In the machining workshop, front-line workers are wielding welding torches, concentrating on shaping various materials. The welding workers at the welding workbench far exceed the number of workers in the machining team. After completing the finishing work on the bulletproof armored vehicle and refrigerated container, the assembly team adjusted its personnel, leaving some to complete the finishing and modification work. The remaining personnel supported the machining team, adding to the wash basin cabin welding process to help their ‘brothers’ catch up on tasks and meet deadlines, leaving sufficient time for subsequent processes. All personnel added to the machining team are skilled welders from the assembly team. This support opportunity also further improves the workers’ comprehensive skill level.
Strengthening quality awareness, insisting on starting from the sourceTo standardize the production process and firmly establish the concept that product quality is achieved through work, not inspection, the assembly workshop organized all employees for pre-production training and reconfirmed the production process capability of key processes.
