After-sales Service
Our company is a specialized automobile manufacturing enterprise with independent R&D capabilities. Through the unremitting efforts of all our employees over the years, we have formed a complete industrial chain covering design, manufacturing, sales, quality inspection, and after-sales service. After-sales service is an important pillar in our company's pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales processes. Especially in recent years, with the continuous improvement of our production capacity, the after-sales service system has been comprehensively improved. The company obtained a five-star after-sales service certification in January 2021.
Service System
1. Service Guarantee: Our company's service strictly follows company procedure documents and quality manuals, providing guarantees based on market and user requirements.
2. Service Purpose: Sincere service, continuously enhancing customer satisfaction.
3. Service Organization: The After-Sales Service Department is responsible for the company's after-sales service work and the management of the service work of various overseas offices.
Service Principles
Under the condition that the user strictly follows the instruction manual and operates normally, within one year from the date of purchase (based on the vehicle's factory registration card), and within a mileage of no more than 25,000 kilometers, for product component damage caused by design, manufacturing, or assembly reasons, after verification by relevant automobile service stations and supervisory departments, submit written materials to our company's after-sales service department within three working days. After confirmation by the after-sales service department, the three-guarantee service will be implemented.
Specific Services
1. During the three-guarantee service period, product quality is mainly covered by repair, and repair fees are completely free (excluding easily damaged parts and electrical components).
2. Lifetime Warranty. For products beyond the warranty period, only the relevant cost will be charged for replacement parts.

Quality Assurance Period
1. Three-Guarantee Period for Superstructures: Calculated from the date of dispatch, the "three-guarantee" period for structural components is one year; the "three-guarantee" period for domestic hydraulic system cylinders, pumps, and valves is one year; the "three-guarantee" period for imported hydraulic system cylinders, pumps, and valves is one year; the "three-guarantee" period for air cylinders, vacuum pumps, water pumps, ball valves, and air valves is one year; the "three-guarantee" period for various electrical switches, instruments, sensors, and electromagnetic coils is three months.
2. Three-Guarantee Period for Chassis: The three-guarantee period for the new energy chassis is implemented according to the three-guarantee period for various parts in the "Quality Assurance Manual" for the new energy chassis ordered by our company.
3. After-Sales "Three-Guarantee" Certificate: After-sales service warranty card and invoice (or invoice copy).
4. The warranty period for the main key components of the new energy chassis, such as the power battery energy storage device, drive motor, and motor controller, is guaranteed to be no less than 5 years or 200,000 kilometers (whichever comes first). Specific warranty details are subject to the vehicle's instruction manual.
After-Sales Warranty Content and Scope
1. For new energy vehicles produced by Liaoning JiHua 3523 Special Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 3523 Company), within the specified after-sales "three-guarantee" period, provided that the user has not modified, added, or replaced parts of the purchased vehicle and strictly followed the regulations in the "Instruction Manual" for correct operation, use, and maintenance, if the 3523 Company's authorized service station or 3523 Company's after-sales service department determines that the failure or damage of the modified part is due to product quality problems, 3523 Company will provide free after-sales "three-guarantee" repair service according to the above "Three-Guarantee Period for Superstructures", but the damaged parts must be returned to 3523 Company for record-keeping.
2. During the warranty period, the battery pack and its supporting control system are provided with technical maintenance and warranty by the chassis service network. After the warranty period, the battery will be separately negotiated between the user and the chassis party. If the user needs to replace a new battery after the warranty period, 3523 Company can contact the chassis supplier to recycle the battery for the user.
3. During the warranty period, if a more serious quality problem is jointly confirmed by both parties, the warranty period will be interrupted, and the warranty period will be recalculated after the problem is eliminated.
4. After the warranty period, if the battery pack and its supporting control system have quality problems or damaged parts, the service network should still bear the responsibility for repair and replacement, and the user should pay the relevant fees required for repair and replacement to the service network.
5. After-Sales Warranty Principle: Repair is the priority; if repair is not possible, parts or assemblies will be replaced.
6. Disclaimer and Scope
(1) If the vehicle model, motor model, and chassis number on the modification certificate do not match the actual product or are altered, the three-guarantee repair will not be provided.
(2) Unauthorized modification, addition, or replacement of parts of 3523 Company products, such as adding the number of spring leaves, electrical equipment, structural components, replacing thicker leaf springs, or replacing hydraulic components, will not be covered by the three-guarantee repair.
(3) Failure to use, maintain, or use beyond the scope as required by the "Pure Electric Vehicle Instruction Manual", including but not limited to the following situations:
a. Damage to parts due to irregular addition or replacement of lubricating oil and hydraulic oil;
b. Vehicle malfunctions due to improper operation; or deformation and damage of the product due to changes in the loading medium, etc.
c. Malfunctions of products not covered by the warranty will not be covered by the warranty, including changes to parts and resulting vehicle damage or failure.
d. Malfunctions in the vehicle modification part are not handled promptly, and secondary failures and damage to parts caused by forced use.
e. Parts disassembled or repaired by the user without the consent of our company.
f. Losses caused by natural disasters, fires, collisions, theft, and resulting secondary damage, or damage caused by smoke, chemical reagents, seawater, sea wind, salts, or other similar reasons.
g. Normal wear and tear, discoloration, and degradation of the product due to normal use.
