I. Bidding Content
1.1 Transportation of products for Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 Company in 2023.
1.2 Required transport vehicles: 17.5-meter flatbed trucks, 13-meter high-sided trucks; road-running vehicle drivers (quotation includes temporary license plates and temporary insurance fees, handled by the transporter)

II. Transportation Requirements:
2.1 Dispatch time: Specific time is subject to the production department's transportation plan.
2.2 Transportation origin and destination.Origin: Shatuozi Second Street, Yaobao Town, Tieling CountyNo. 12. Destination: User-specified location.
2.3 Based on the standard of safety and no loss, deliver each batch of goods to the customer's required location within the specified time, and complete the receipt work as required.
III. Bidding Method, Evaluation Method, and Settlement Method.
3.1 Bidding method and evaluation method: Invitation to bid (competitive negotiation remote bidding), implementing the lowest bid wins.
3.2 Settlement method:
No advance payment for goods dispatch. The purchaser will pay the winning bidder the freight charges upon meeting the following two conditions.
3.2.1 Settlement basis: The shipper shall provide the transportation receipt and a full-amount VAT invoice.
3.2.2 Settlement: After the dispatch, issue a full-amount invoice to Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 and settle the transportation fees.
IV. Basic Requirements for Bidding Qualifications.
4.1 The bidding unit has good credit.
4.2 The bidding unit must be a road transport or passenger transport enterprise with a national road transport operating license.
4.3 This bidding will select three or more suppliers to bid.
V. Qualification Audit
Suppliers must pass the qualification audit of Liaoning Ji Hua 3523 Company before bidding. Those who fail the qualification audit are not eligible to participate in the bidding.
VI. Registration Method, Opening Time and Requirements.
6.1 Registration deadline:
February 5, 2023 (8:00—18:00) Applications will not be accepted at other times.
6.2 Bidding time: Based on the principle of fairness and justice, bidding companies will send the color scanned copies of the bidding documents to the company's email address: 3523gc@163.com. Under the supervision of the company's discipline inspection commission, the company's leaders will personally open the bids and announce the winning bidder, and sign the contract as required. Bidding submission time: February 5, 2023 (14:10-14:20) If the bidding company fails to submit qualified bidding documents within the specified time due to network problems or other reasons, the consequences shall be borne by the bidder.
