II. Supply Requirements:

2.1. Delivery Time: The winning bidder shall complete the delivery of all products within 15 natural days of signing the procurement contract.

2.2Marking Requirements: The manufacturer of the parts must be uniformly identified as Liaoning Jihua 3523 Special Equipment Co., Ltd. The markings must not contain any information such as the name, logo, or contact information of the bidding unit.

2.3Delivery Address: No. 12, Sha Tuozi Second Street, Yaobao Town, Tieling County12号。

2.4The winning parts must strictly comply with the technical and quality standards of Liaoning Jihua 3523 Special Equipment Co., Ltd.

2.5The winning bidder of this bid will undertakeall parts orders from August 2021 to August 2022 of Liaoning Jihua 3523 Special Equipment Co., Ltd., with prices based on the winning price.

III. Bidding Method, Evaluation Method and Settlement Method.

3.1 Bidding Method: Competitive negotiation, remote biddingor on-site bidding at the company。to ensure progress, quality, and service, andthe lowest bid will be awarded based on a price lower than the company's bid rejection price.

3.2 Settlement Method:After the contract is signed,no advance payment is required; afterthe bidderreceives payment from the client,5withinthepayment will be made to the winning bidder.，After receiving the payment,the winning bidder will issue a full invoice to the bidder within 3 days.

IV. Basic Requirements for Bidding Qualifications.

4.1 The bidding unit has good credit.

4.2 The bidding unit must have the capacity to process and produce galley trailer parts.

4.3 The bidding unit has successful cases of bulk sales of trailer parts (over 500,000 yuan).

4.4 The registered capital of the bidding unit must reach more than 3.5 million yuan.

4.5Joint bidding by two companies is not allowed.

V. Qualification Review

Suppliers must pass the qualification review of Liaoning Jihua 3523 Company before bidding; those who fail the qualification review are not eligible to bid.

VI. Registration Method, Opening Time and Requirements.

6.1 Registration Deadline:
