On June 10th, the Party Committee of 3523 Company organized a re-deployment meeting for the leading members of the leading group on the special activity themed "Study Party History, Recall the Journey, See Gains and Losses, Strengthen Confidence, and Create Great Achievements." The meeting unified thoughts, built consensus, and formulated the "3523 Company Special Activity Work Plan: Study Party History, Recall the Journey, See Gains and Losses, Strengthen Confidence, and Create Great Achievements." From June 13th to 16th, Xinxing Yishan Company held five "Study Party History, Recall the Journey, See Gains and Losses, Strengthen Confidence, and Create Great Achievements" special seminars, combining the company's development realities to comprehensively summarize the company's development and its "gains and losses." On June 8th, the Party Committee of Metallurgical Resources Company held a central group study session. Focusing on the discussion topic of "Clarifying the Strategic Goals and Approaches for the High-Quality Development of Enterprises," based on their respective job responsibilities and work realities, and combining the contents of the special activity, they conducted special discussions on various aspects such as market, research and development, and production and operation, pushing the special activity forward. The meeting reviewed Metallurgical Resources' development achievements, analyzed gains and losses, summarized experiences and lessons, and starting from the company's three major development periods, pointed out that over the past 50 years, Metallurgical Resources has always given full play to the leadership role of the Party, persisted in implementing quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, and tapping internal potential; establishing professional sales teams and actively developing external markets; and continuously developing new products to promote the adjustment of the company's product structure, becoming a high-quality supplier of cast iron pipe and steel auxiliary materials. At the same time, it faces many challenges in its development. The meeting highly summarized Metallurgical Resources' current development status with "one change, two borrowings, three combinations, four pressures, and five reductions," pointing out that high-quality development still urgently needs to address issues such as lack of business philosophy, weak technical support, lagging equipment upgrades, room for improvement in refined management, and insufficient high-end talent. Heavy Industry Investment
To solidly advance the special activity, Heavy Industry Investment Company deployed the work on June 2nd and held a brainstorming discussion on June 11th. Based on the initial framework of the company's development ideas, on the morning of June 15th, the leadership team of Heavy Industry Investment Company immediately took action, conducting a field research trip to Xinrui Group's Tongcheng production base to explore the path to development. The company's delegation visited the prefabricated building production base in Tongcheng, Anhui Province, observing the prefabricated factory, lightweight exterior wall insulation integrated panels, etc., and conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on the entire industrial chain of prefabricated buildings, including design, research and development, production, manufacturing, installation, market, and after-sales service, as well as light steel structures. At the meeting, representatives from Xinrui Group provided a comprehensive introduction to the origin, top-level design, policy guidance, industrial landing, and business models of prefabricated buildings, while representatives from Heavy Industry Investment conducted in-depth discussions on regional development, differentiated sub-segmentation of production and processing, technology application, market prospects, and cooperation models. In the afternoon, they inspected the Xinrui Group's prefabricated building light steel villa project, integrated exterior wall insulation board project, and other ongoing prefabricated building projects. Through this study and inspection, they gained a comprehensive understanding of the overall layout and future planning of prefabricated buildings. The next step will be to conduct further research and analysis of its needs, investment environment, and strategic planning. Based on the phased discussions in various departments/project teams and the preparation of the first-stage draft materials for the special activity group, on June 11th, Inner Mongolia Investment convened a special seminar for members of the leadership team, heads of various departments/project teams, and some employees. At the meeting, heads of various departments/project teams exchanged and spoke on the results of their respective discussions, and four company leaders also shared their insights on the gains and losses, experiences, and lessons learned from the company's 10-year development process, both acknowledging historical lessons and affirming achievements.
