June this year marks the 20th National "Safety Production Month." To thoroughly implement the important pronouncements of General Secretary Xi Jinping on safety production and the spirit of the group's safety production guarantee work documents, Xinxing Heavy Industry called on its affiliated enterprises to actively carry out a variety of effective safety production activities based on their own circumstances. This will further strengthen the implementation of responsibilities, deepen source governance, proactively enhance the ideological awareness and practical actions to fundamentally eliminate accident hazards, maximize the prevention and reduction of production safety accidents, and create a safe and stable environment to welcome the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party.

　　Conducting Safety Awareness Education

　　From June 1st to 10th, Metallurgical Resources Company earnestly conducted safety production accident warning education activities. Middle-level personnel and heads of various business departments watched the Hebei Province's "2021 Latest Version of Safety Production Warning Education Film Release" and the television special "Life is More Important Than Mount Tai." Each workshop and team, based on their actual situation, carefully selected safety accident cases. They fully utilized Monday safety activities and pre-shift and post-shift meetings to conduct a comprehensive analysis of accident cases, analyzing causes, summarizing lessons, exploring laws, carefully investigating and rectifying accident hazards, and taking effective measures to prevent similar accidents from happening again. 　　To ensure the safety of the public's gas use and the company's gas supply, starting at the end of May, Xinxing Gas (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. went deep into the front line and started from the basics to conduct safety inspections. All the company's operating stations have implemented a 24-hour, two-person duty system. Staff from various departments formed a duty inspection and supervision team. They used their off-duty time to conduct comprehensive inspections of the safety and hygiene of the stations. Addressing any undesirable phenomena found, they provided timely guidance and supervision, and earnestly implemented and immediately rectified any identified hidden dangers.

　　3523, combining the company's actual situation, formulated a 2021 "Safety Production Month" activity plan, clarifying the content of the activities, specific arrangements, inspection scope, and persons in charge. Responsibilities were implemented layer by layer to ensure the safe and stable operation of the company's production and operations. The safety production management office conducts daily safety risk hazard inspections of the production site and key locations. They insist on checking and rectifying issues simultaneously, ensuring early detection and early handling to eliminate safety hazards in their infancy, creating a safe and stable working environment. The company's Party committee used the "Red 3523" WeChat platform and publicity boards to disseminate safety production knowledge, guiding cadres and employees to effectively improve their awareness and establish a safe development concept.

　　On the afternoon of June 10, Tianjin Guomao held a fire safety knowledge lecture in Yongnian, Handan. Mr. Hou Ketao, a specially invited teacher from the Handan Municipal Social Security and Fire Protection Publicity Center, gave a lecture to company employees on popularizing the law, strengthening legal concepts, and enhancing a sense of responsibility. By using cases to explain the law, the lecture thoroughly analyzed recent major and significant typical fire cases in China, and detailed the implementation of responsibilities in fire protection work and the accountability for fire accidents. It also explained issues including aging wires, leakage, car fires, charger fires, and the use of fire extinguishers. 　　On June 9th, Xinxing Yishan Company, centering on the theme of "Implementing Safety Responsibilities and Promoting Safe Development," arranged and deployed the company's current safety production work and organized a collective viewing of the television special "Life is More Important Than Mount Tai," as well as an employee safety month signing ceremony. This safety activity month will, combined with the company's actual production and operation work, assign responsibilities in multiple aspects, including system construction, a joint management mechanism, and strengthening daily inspections. The "safety first, prevention first" philosophy will be integrated into daily work to further enhance the safety awareness of all employees, firmly establishing the bottom line of safety production, ensuring the center of safety production, and the red line thinking of safety production.
