To thoroughly promote and implement the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the mobilization meeting for Party history learning and education, and to implement the spirit of the Central Enterprise Party Building Leading Youth League Building Work Conference and the May 4th Commendation Conference,From May 18 to 19, the Youth League Committee of Xinxing Jihua Group carried out red education and held a "Learn Party History, Strengthen Belief, Follow the Party" themed speech contest at Jihua 3537 Company. Lu Bin, member of the Standing Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group's Party Committee, attended the event and delivered a speech.

Lu Bin pointed out that in the past year, the youth league organizations at all levels of the Group, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, have deeply studied and implemented the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC and its subsequent plenary sessions. In accordance with the arrangements and deployments of the Group's Party Committee, they have continuously carried out themed practical activities focusing on youth innovation and efficiency improvement, playing the role of a vanguard and shock force in reform, development, and stability, and contributing youthful strength to the Group's pursuit of high-quality development. Lu Bin emphasized that the youth of Xinxing Jihua should establish lofty aspirations and accumulate strength step by step, continuing to write a new chapter of youth in the unremitting struggle to build a first-class state-owned capital investment company. Firstly, strengthen ideological guidance and firm ideals and beliefs, continuously promoting the in-depth study, extensive publicity, and widespread popularization of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, continuously consolidating the ideological foundation and belief highland of contemporary Xinxing Jihua youth; secondly, strengthen goal orientation, focusing on central construction and achievement; always rememberthe original aspiration of "guaranteeing military needs and emergencies, and serving national economic and people's livelihood," always uphold the mission of "promoting high-quality development of enterprises and serving high-quality life of the people," and actively integrate into the new development pattern of the enterprise; thirdly, strengthen organizational construction and improve the level of youth league work, adhering to the principle of Party building leading Youth League building and Youth League building promoting Party building.

In the speech contest, contestants closely followed the theme, closely combining Party history learning and education with the characteristics of various enterprises. Using simple language and sincere emotions, they reviewed the Party's century-long struggle and development, expounded on the enterprise's fulfilling of social responsibilities in assisting epidemic prevention and control, poverty alleviation, and the progress of high-quality development by implementing the new development concept, sharing advanced deeds of Xinxing Jihua youth making contributions at their posts, striving for efficiency and excellence, and jointly presenting a wonderful speech contest.
          Members of the Group's Youth League Committee, heads of relevant secondary and tertiary enterprise Party and Youth League organizations, and representatives of young Party members participated in this activity. From various enterprises of the Group,15 contestants participated in the competition, with 2 first prizes,4 second prizesand 6 third prizes.

  Before the competition, all personnel went to the former site of the Zunyi Conference site and the Zunyi Conference Memorial Hall to receive red education, paid tribute to revolutionary martyrs at the Hongjunshan Martyrs' Cemetery and presented flower baskets, and reviewed the oath of joining the Party.Everyone expressed that after this red education, they had a more intuitive and profound understanding of the arduous and glorious struggle of the Party. This is not only a baptism of thought, but also a shock to the soul. The youth of Xinxing Jihua should further strengthen the study of Party history, inherit and carry forward the red genes, and with a more vigorous spirit and fighting attitude, let the flowers of youth bloom brilliantly in the process of dedicating themselves to the high-quality development of the enterprise.
