To thoroughly implement the spirit of the annual meeting of the two-level group company, consolidate the strong force of technological innovation, and strengthen the construction of technological innovation capabilities, the Technology Center held an annual meeting to summarize the completion of key technological innovation tasks in 2022, reflect on shortcomings, and deploy key tasks and indicators for 2023.
In 2022, under the overall organizational planning and adjustment guidance of the "Three Unifications" of the Emergency Industry Company, the Technology Center formed the "Beijing Institute, Tianjin Institute, Wuhan Institute, and Scientific Research Management Department”The unified R&D organizational management system of "Three Institutes and One Department" has achieved the integration of technological innovation capabilities. In 2022, the Technology Center cooperated with sales to bid for a total of 130 projects, winning 43 bids, forming synergistic R&D market benefits; resolutely eliminating "three no" R&D work, mature products targeting service bases, R&D products market-oriented, and pre-research products guided by product structure layout.
Combining the simulated legal person system and the project chief engineer system, the Technology Center has deployed the technological innovation work indicators for each research institute in 2023. The meeting emphasized that in 2023, the Technology Center should closely focus on the theme of "Quality and Efficiency Improvement Year" of the Group Company, taking the improvement of production line capabilities as the main line, market demand as the orientation, and improving core competitiveness as the goal, guided by the Group's "Science and Technology 15 Articles," to carry out various technological innovation works in an orderly manner. Adhering to the synergy of talent-driven and technological innovation, strengthening talent team building, gathering innovation resources inside and outside the group through the "revealing the list and hanging the official" system; closely cooperating with various centers and bases to provide good production service support, promoting the integration of research, production, and sales, and ultimately achieving the integration of the industrial chain and the innovation chain; relying on the pilot test base, promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements from "research" to "production," comprehensively promoting the efficient production of R&D work, improving overall technological innovation capabilities, and supporting the enterprise's transformation and development.
